Patient Services SpecialistLocation:
Orange City Clinic, Orange City, FloridaAs a Patient Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors at the Orange City Clinic.
You will greet them with a smile, answer their questions, and assist them with their needs.
You will also handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, maintaining patient records, and completing paperwork.
You will work closely with our physicians and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and adaptability to changing prioritiesOrganization and attention to detailWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a supportive and friendly work environment.
