Summary:
We are seeking a Business Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team.
The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and conducting research.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in conducting research and compiling data.
Support team members in daily administrative tasks.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
