Experience:
Minimum 5 years successful tenure as Administrator of assisted living or skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare organization; proficient computer use (MS Office Suite); effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to involve others in the decision making process while maintaining responsibility for all decisions; ability to perform basic accounting and bookkeeping transactions; ability to work with superiors and within the parameters of corporate policy and procedure; possess knowledge of political and governmental structures and systems as they relate to the assisted living industry.
