Assistant Operation Managers hire, train, and supervise all front desk, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supply budgets, and uphold company standards.
The pay is an hourly base $15 with commission opportunities that should total $35,000 to $40,000 per year or more including additional benefits such as health insurance.
The typical work schedule is a 5-day work week with weekday and weekend shifts.
