Responsibilities:
EDC (Electronic Data Capture) entry of Subject Visits Answering Queries in EDC as needed.
Sending the disks and Vendor equipment as per sponsor requirement Updating Regulatory for SIV, SMV and COV Maintain Regulatory Binder and File all correspondence received via mail, email and fax Provide required documents/files to monitor.
Forwarding SUSARS to investigator for signature and filing the signed documents in the regulatory binder.
Reviewing temperature logs of Refrigerator, Ambient condition, Freezer (-20 C and -80 C) and filing in the pharmacy binders of each study.
Assisting in Lab Kits Inventory.
Receiving IP and store as per the required storage condition.
Downloading temperature Logs weekly.
Obtaining signatures on the documents from Investigators and scanning the documents.
