Full Time M - F Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Date Entry Creating Job Files, Scanning, Emailing Assist with Scheduling Checking emails Must have the ability to multitask.
Must be fast-paced, fast learner, and willing to learn new programs.
Must be reliable, friendly, with an outgoing personality.
Must have a good memory (when working on a task and interrupted with something else must be able to remember where you left off) Must be a Team Player, work closely with others, and willing to assist in other areas when needed.
Must be able to communicate professionally at all levels.
Excellent Health Benefits available after 60 days Paid Holidays available after 90 days.
