Insurance verification for complicated benefits and various carriers using websites & telephone Check in and check out patients for office visits and services Referral and authorizations for in house appointments and services Following up with daily voicemails, faxes & messages Requirements Knowledge of various insurance carriers and how to obtain in depth benefit information Knowledge of office equipment (computer, copy, fax, printer, scanner) and EMR software Loves patient interaction and believes in compassionate care Team player who communicates effectively with co-workers and providers Enjoys in-office and over-the-phone positive customer service Detail oriented and accuracy obsessed High School Diploma or GED Spanish speaking is a plus Job Type:
